Walton-on-Thames Plog

Our first community plog as Connected Planet Foundation will be held at Cowey Sale, Shepperton at 11am on the 18th July. Run or walk your way to a cleaner planet, with a 5km running route or a 2km walking route, picking up all the rubbish along the way. It's a great way to get active, make friends and make a difference.

Our events are open to everyone, including families, all we ask is that under 16s are accompanied by a responsible adult. Not a strong runner? Don't worry, due to the nature of plogging, it will be very stop start and we will always run at the slowest persons pace. We will be cleaning up the banks of the River Thames, in both directions from Walton Bridge, helping the wildlife that has to live amongst our mess as well as bringing the community together to ignite change.

Our event will be following Covid-19 government guidelines and as a result will be capped at 30 participants. Tickets are of course free but please sign up so we know you are coming.
